It is centrally located in Harbour Ridge, just ten minutes drive to Georgetown.

The delightful interiors offer one-bed units that sleep up to 4 with sofa bed; two-bed units that sleep up to 6. Each bedroom has a full-size ensuite bathroom. Finance

Pre-construction prices are either $265,000 for 1050 sq ft unit or $390,000 for 1565 sq.ft unit. Unit sizes include balcony. Both ground floor and first floor units are available. Pre-construction prices are scheduled to increase by 10% once construction is underway.

20% Exchange of contracts

1% discount for each additional 20% paid at time of first installment

Purchase Costs:
In The Bahamas, stamp duty is normally shared between the buyer and seller.
The buyer and seller are each responsible for legal fees of approximately 2.5%.
The first $250,000 of property is tax exempt. The next $250,000-$500,000 is subject to
an annual government property tax of 0.75%.

The tax haven status of the Bahamas has made the islands a wise place to invest.
There are no capital gains, income or inheritance taxes.

Rental services can be arranged for those wishing to rent out their apartment and rental returns on the island are particularly good, with year-round potential.
One can expect around $1,000 per week for a 1-bed or $1,500 for a 2-bed unit. Maid service is available on request for a small fee.

$175 per month for 1-bed units; $245 for 2-bed units.
